Wickham Type 42 Inspection Trolley

The Railway uses various types of trolleys all over the network for activities such as transporting workers, equipment and materials to site for minor repairs and rail inspection.

Seating 9, the Wickham Type 42 trolley was used for rail inspection. They have been purchased in several batches by the National Railways of Zimbabwe since sanctions were withdrawn in 1980.

They were supplied in two variants, MK1 which had the "cowcatcher" plus raised obstacle bars, and the MK2, which didn't have these - Please choose the variant you require from the dropdown list

The model is fully motorised, and supplied unpainted but with glazing.
