Shipping & Returns

Shipping is via a variety of shippers, however, the only services available to South Africa and other countries with suspect postal services will be via courier. Unfortunately this does increase cost, but does ensure you're more likely to receive your order.

We will accept returns for non-defective items under the following terms:

• We will only accept returns for new, unused and undismantled items
• Any return must be within 7 days of receipt
• Return shipping will be at buyers expense
• We will issue a refund of the total purchase price less original outward shipping and a restocking fee of 25% within 10 days of receiving the item/s

We will offer the option of return and exchange or return and refund for any defective items
