IZU-2 Short Livestock Car

The IZU-2 were in service into the 1970s. They were used for transporting all large livestock, mainly horses. They had large barred ventilation openings on the side that could be closed with a pressed steel hatch. In addition, they had slatted ventilators in the centre of the car. Of note is that these wagons had the short wheelbase chassis, with a single spring arrangement for each axle box, unlike the later long wheel base chassis with their double springs.

Couplers, wheels, coupler pocket covers and screws are included. All you need is paint and decals.
